Deliveries are made via a tracked courier service. We cannot guarantee delivery times once a parcel has been handed to the courier, as external delays may occasionally occur.
It is your responsibility to ensure that someone is available to receive temperature-sensitive items or that a safe delivery location is provided. We are not liable for loss or damage resulting from an inadequate or incorrect delivery address provided by you.

Once a prescription has been approved and dispensed, we are unable to accept returns of prescription-only medicines for reuse or resale in accordance with UK pharmacy regulations. Refunds will not be issued for dispensed prescription medication except where a dispensing error has occurred on our part.
